Most hear breathwork & think of Pranayama breathing in yoga. Pranayama is the Ancient Sanskrit word for Prana which means, life force. Yama means control. Pranayama can be translated into breath control. Breathwork can be practiced many different ways. Breathing through the nose, through the mouth, fire breathing, 1 minute breaths.
